Most master dealers hand a new partner a rate sheet and a login, pay only after the provider pays them, and go quiet until something breaks. We built the opposite: a partner program that pays on the install and runs on the same systems our own teams use every day.

You don't wait on the provider. We do.

Provider payments often arrive weeks after the install, and many master dealers make their partners wait for them. We don't. As soon as the provider confirms an install, you're paid on it, and the wait for the provider's check is on us, not your team.

  • 01

    Paid on confirmed installs

When the provider confirms an install, it goes on your next pay run. No waiting on remittance files or month-end reconciliation.

  • 02

    Faster pay keeps your reps

Reps who see their money soon after the install stay longer. Paying on the install helps you keep your best people through a slow provider cycle.

  • 03

    Every line on the statement

Each pay run itemizes every order, override, and split. A cancellation inside the provider's window shows up as a labeled line, never a mystery deduction.

A partner program, not a dealer list.

The Velocity One Partner Program is a fiber dealer and sub-dealer program: door-to-door sales companies start or grow a fiber internet dealership by selling under Velocity One's provider programs. Partners are paid on confirmed installs, before the provider pays Velocity One, use Velocity One's payroll, training, reporting, and territory systems free, and are mentored by the team that has scaled to 100+ reps on those systems. Territory is first come, first served for every partner and for Velocity One's own teams. Here's what we commit to in writing.

Provider programs
You sell under Velocity One's fiber provider programs. We manage the provider relationship, the order rules, and reconciliation against the provider's own records.
Territory
Every open area is in one territory catalog that every partner and our own internal teams see at the same time. First come, first served. No favorites, and no leads held back for anyone.
Pay
Paid per installed order, by provider and product, as soon as the install is confirmed. You never wait on the provider's payment cycle. How pay works →
Cost
The systems are free. Payroll, training, reporting, and the territory catalog come with the partnership. No seat fees and no software bills.
Mentorship
We don't just hand over logins. Our leadership mentors you on recruiting, training, payroll, and launching markets, using the same playbook we followed to scale teams to 100+ reps.
Canvassing tools
Your reps canvass with whatever tool the provider supplies. If the provider doesn't supply one, your team gets V1 Canvass, our door-knocking app, at no cost.
Support
A named contact at Velocity One, a shared task board inside your workspace, and updates from us in the same place. When something breaks, you know who's fixing it.
Standards
Partners hold the same field standards we do: a provider badge on every rep (we print and ship them), honest selling, permits where a town requires them, and do-not-knock lists honored. It protects your team, our providers, and every homeowner.

Built for teams that already know the door.

If your people can hold a conversation on a porch, the rest is systems. Four kinds of teams partner with us.

01Waiting → Paid on install
Existing fiber teams

Already selling fiber? Get paid on the install, not the remittance.

Most dealers pay you after the provider pays them. We pay on confirmed installs, even before the provider's payment reaches us, and every pay run comes with a line-by-line statement you can check.

02No contract → Selling
Sales and marketing companies

A strong team, but no provider contract.

A provider agreement can take years to land on your own. Partners sell under the programs Velocity One already holds and claim territory from the same open list our own teams use.

03Solar → Fiber
Solar teams

Same door skills, a faster product.

Solar deals wait on permits, financing, and install crews, and the federal residential solar credit ended on December 31, 2025. A fiber order is a home internet install, so the road from yes to paid is much shorter.

04Seasonal → Year-round
Pest, alarm, and roofing teams

Keep your best reps when the season ends.

Summer programs lose people every fall. Fiber networks light up new homes all year and a new rep can be trained in days, so your team stays together and keeps earning.

The systems we scaled on, yours free.

We've personally scaled teams to 100+ reps on these exact systems. Partners get their own workspace inside them on day one, at no cost, so you're not building software, spreadsheets, or a payroll process before your first sale.

01 / Orders & pay

Paid on the install, not the remittance.

Once an install is confirmed, you're paid on it, even if the provider hasn't paid us yet. Commissions, overrides, split credit, and clawbacks land on a statement your reps can read without calling anyone.

02 / Training

A pitch that has sold thousands of deals.

Velocity One University puts our professional pitch, the same one behind thousands of fiber deals, on every rep's phone, with short video lessons and quizzes so new hires are ready before their first door.

03 / Know your numbers

Know your numbers before the provider does.

FiberFlow is the dashboard we run our own company on: profit, installs, pipeline, and what providers owe, by rep and by market, updated as orders move. Partners get the same view of their own numbers.

04 / Territory

One open list. First come, first served.

Every open area, with serviceable homes and competition notes, sits in one catalog that every partner and every one of our internal teams sees at the same time. Claim an area and it's yours. No favorites, and no leads held back.

05 / Badges

Provider badges, shipped to every rep.

Every rep on your team gets a badge for the provider they sell: that provider's badge art, the rep's photo and first name, and a QR code that opens their verification page. We print them and ship them to you before launch, and any homeowner can also confirm a rep by calling (801) 318-5806.

What partners ask first.

Can I start my own fiber dealership through Velocity One?
Yes. That's what the Partner Program is for. You form your company and bring or build a team, and you sell under Velocity One's provider programs instead of waiting years for your own provider contract. We pay you on confirmed installs, give you payroll, training, reporting, and territory systems free, and mentor you through launch on the systems we used to scale teams to 100+ reps.
Do I need my own contract with a fiber provider?
No. Partners sell under the provider programs Velocity One already holds. A direct provider agreement usually requires production history and volume; partnering lets you start selling first and build that history as you go.
Is the Partner Program a sub-dealer program?
Yes, in industry terms partners are sub-dealers: you run your own company and team and sell under Velocity One's provider contracts. What's different is what comes with it: pay on confirmed installs, free back-office systems, first-come territory shared with our own teams, provider badges for every rep, and mentorship.
Who can partner with Velocity One?
Door-to-door sales companies with a registered business entity and a team, or a clear plan to build one. Fiber experience helps but isn't required. Solar, pest, alarm, and roofing teams already know the hardest part of the job.
Is there a fee to join the Partner Program?
No. There's no fee to join, and the systems are free: payroll, training, reporting, and the territory catalog all come with the partnership. We walk through pay and territory on the discovery call, before anything is signed.
How do partners get paid?
Per installed order. Rates depend on the provider and the product, and we review the full rate card with you before you sign. Once an install is confirmed, we pay you on it without waiting for the provider to pay us. Every pay run comes with a line-by-line statement, including any cancellation that falls inside the provider window.
Do I have to wait for the provider to pay before I get paid?
No. Provider payments often arrive weeks after the install, and many master dealers make their partners wait for them. We pay you as soon as the provider confirms the install, so that wait is on us, not your team.
How does territory work? Does anyone get first pick?
No one gets first pick. Every open area is listed in one territory catalog, and every partner sees the same list our own internal teams see, at the same time. Areas go first come, first served: the first team to claim an open area gets it. No favorites, and no leads held back for anyone.
Will you actually teach us how to run it?
Yes. Every partner gets mentorship from our leadership on recruiting, training, payroll, launching markets, and reading the numbers. We've personally scaled teams to 100+ reps on these exact systems, and we'll show you how we did it.
Do my reps have to use your canvassing software?
No. Your reps canvass with whatever tool the provider supplies. If the provider doesn't supply one, your team can use V1 Canvass, our door-knocking app, at no cost. Orders and pay run through our systems so everyone's statements stay accurate.
Do you provide badges for my reps?
Yes. Every rep on your team gets a badge for the provider they sell, with that provider's badge art, the rep's photo and first name, and a QR code that opens the rep's verification page. We print the badges and ship them to you before launch. Homeowners can also confirm any rep by calling (801) 318-5806.
Can I bring my existing team?
Yes, and most partners do. We onboard your managers and reps, take them through provider and platform training, and ship each rep a provider badge before they knock a door.
How fast can we start?
It depends on paperwork and territory. Setup, training, and territory selection run in parallel, so a prepared team can usually be selling within a few weeks of the discovery call.
Which fiber providers can partners sell?
Partners sell under the provider programs Velocity One holds, and availability depends on the market. Velocity One sells for 8 fiber providers, including T-Mobile Fiber (T-Fiber), and our teams have worked 15 states since Jan 2026. We'll show you what's open near you on the discovery call.

Build your company on ours.

Bring the team. We bring the provider programs, territory, payroll, training, and reporting for free, pay you on confirmed installs, and mentor you as you grow.
